Well hello everyone. this is the sponsorship letter for the 2009- 2010 cheerleading season. Since I am still looking for a sponsor I want to try out the internet and see if this works. Thank you for considering the opportunity to sponsor Top Gun All-Stars. This letter briefly outlines the opportunities and provides a further understanding of what Top Gun All-Stars is all about. Top Gun was established in 1994 and has become one the nation’s top Cheerleading and Dance teams, winning over 250 State and National titles, while appearing on such television networks as NBC, CBS, ESPN, ESPN2 and the Sunshine Network. The Top Gun organization takes great pride in helping children of all ages develop physically, mentally, emotionally, and morally through athletics. Top Gun is based in Miami, Florida with over 350 young athletes attending the Miami training facility and has recently expanded to South West, Florida bringing with them the same philosophy and elevated level of competitive cheerleading and dance. All-Star cheerleading and dance is a very competitive sport throughout the United States and has recently appeared on the cover of U.S. World and News Today. As you can imagine, fund raising is necessary in order to assist our cheerleaders and dancers with the ever increasing competitive expenses. These young athletes work diligently to raise money through various methods such as (car washes, candy sales, raffles, Tupperware, Avon, teaching camps and classes, etc). However these fund raisers cover only a small portion of their expenses. We invite you to become a part of the Top Gun Family! As a sponsor, your business will enable these cheerleaders and dancers to continue to participate in this once-in-a-lifetime sport. Show your commitment to the future of these young athletes and our community. Donations are tax deductible and should be made to the TOP GUN ALL-STAR BOOSTER CLUB. The booster club is a Not-For-Profit corporation organized to assist Top-Gun’s young athletes. The booster clubs Federal Tax ID Number is 04-3671672. Sponsors of $500.00 or more will receive recognition for their donation on both our website and on a t-shirt. In addition, we are willing to discuss any advertising suggestions our sponsors may have in order to benefit our sponsors.
